Yes, you will need to create an account with your email first.

  1. You can sign up for free with your email address belect “Sign up” at the topbar of the homepage.
  2.  Enter your email address and create a password, then select “Sign up”.
  3. Open your email inbox and select the link to activate your account.
  4. Go back to the Tripwerkz homepage and log in to start planning your holiday!

Tripwerkz uses third-party secure payment gateways to process your payment. If you choose to save your card information, your payment card details are tokenized, encrypted and stored securely within our payment gateways.

Passport and Visa requirements can be determined via your home country relevant ministries.

Tripwerkz will reflect any taxes or additional fees that are included or not included in the online payment checkout.

The name you provide when booking your travel is used to perform the watch list matching before a boarding pass is ever issued. You should ensure that the name provided when booking your travel matches the government ID that you will use when traveling.

Due to difference in boarding pass systems, boarding passes may not always display the exact name you provided when booking your travel. Differences such as the use of a middle initial instead of a full middle name or no middle name/initial at all, hyphens or apostrophes) should not cause a problem for the passenger.

The operator may or may not wait for any latecomers, so please make sure to arrive on time or early for your activity.

If you are experiencing an unexpected delay, please contact the operator.

Please note that requests for refunds because of lateness cannot be processed except for in the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. flight cancellation, etc.). In this case, please contact us using Ask Tripwerkz, select “Cancel booking” and include any relevant supporting documents (i.e. proof of flight cancellation).
